A site built around this particular template ("Professional Business") features a professional and "clean" look suitable to for many business organizations.  The layout allows for the now familiar Internet "standard" of navigation links along the left side, more specialized content space available along the right side for site highlights, specials, or other newsworthy items, and still allows for the needed introduction content to educate the user about your organization and draw them further into the site.  The navigation links feature "open folder" icons upon mouse-over to indicate which selection is "active".  The site also allows for subsections (labeled "Section 1" and "Section 2") in case you would like to break-out certain pages within your web under new sub-headings.
